Abstract

The University, in its structure and organization, is largely responsible for imparting education and training to people without limiting or restricting access to applicants. This study aims to discern inclusive education as a human victim, and therefore a social victim, who has suffered significant deviations, but who is currently experiencing a different conception of this aspect at the regional level, which gives it a However, the dogmatization of the ideological conceptions of modernity has led the university and its actors to repeat their role in the construction of a new sense of citizenship, education and sociocultural values ??that respond to the demands of a new social order. Questioning what is established is the ideal beginning of this transformation, therefore as a methodology, The Socio-Critical Paradigm, from which the theories and positions that underlie the discourses of inclusive education were addressed, in turn, proposes a dialogical knowledge, where They involve all the actors in the social and educational faculty. Hence, educational action can be conceived as a social practice oriented towards the other, where judgments are made, decisions are made, certain rules based on a certain rationality, and mainly, they act according to motives, all this serves to locate the meaning of his doing.
