This research aims to prepare meat warehouse employees to act efficiently and quickly in any emergency situation that may arise during the workday. The goal is also to implement preventive measures to minimize the risks to which employees are exposed, thereby guaranteeing safety and well-being at work. The program is based on continuous staff training in basic techniques for managing wounds, amputations, bandages, immobilizations, musculoskeletal injuries, burns, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The methodology used in this study included a quantitative approach, collecting data through surveys administered to employees to assess their prior knowledge in emergency response. These training sessions should be conducted periodically for all personnel, both existing and new hires, to ensure everyone is updated and adequately prepared to respond. Additionally, the program includes the installation of necessary equipment and supplies, such as first-aid kits, spine boards, wheelchairs, and fire extinguishers, at strategic points within the warehouse. The results of this study provide a solid foundation for implementing similar programs in other areas of the company, other warehouses, and in the meat industry in general. It is concluded that with continuous training, employees will be familiar with procedures, and with a clear organizational structure, rapid attention can be provided to emergencies that may occur during the workday, thereby promoting safe practices
