This study addresses the perception of students from the National Open, Metropolitan, and Latin American and Caribbean universities, in relation to the reality of the training needs of teachers regarding the management of information and communication technologies (ICT). , shown through their perceptions and investigative interests, which reveals how currently the realities of training in the management of ICT continues to be a current problem in National and Latin American training centers. The study responds to an interpretative paradigm from Guba and Lincoln with a look towards the phenomenological - hermeneutic according to the approaches of Martínez Migueles, to become a multiple instrumental case study according to the
approaches of Merriam and Stake. Focusing its theme on the perception that undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students of the National Open, Metropolitan and Latin American and Caribbean universities have about professional teacher training, about which after a reflective confrontation of knowledge with the contributions of the Key participants will achieve findings that allow us to conclude on the importance of continuing to reinforce in the training classrooms of future teachers all those contents related to the management and adequate implementation of ICT, in favor of contributing to the National and Latin American society suitable teaching professionals, that respond to current technological needs and contribute from the classroom to reducing the digital divide.
