Today, it is essential to determine the appropriate management culture identified with the reality of each institution, through the intensive and efficient use of available technologies, however, senior managers/executives with digital skills and competence are required to change the traditional management organization to the effective management of zeros and ones. The article describes the perspective on the impact of management philosophy through the evolution of organizations. The intention of the research was to point out the importance of deducing the senses and meanings about the philosophy of university management in the digital age. Currently, corporations are looking for alternatives and innovative strategies in order to provide answers and consolidate the philosophy of managerial practice aimed at complying with current demands, in order to create a conception different from the traditional one, with emphasis on the training of being a manager, optimize time, above all, be effective in management. The research was structured in three (3) large formal sections supported by an interpretive discourse. Additionally, some epistemological considerations were incorporated, as well as understanding the effects of having a high-performance team in senior management in the business entity. This study was carried out from a qualitative, descriptive, documentary-type methodological perspective, under a theoretical perspective; Through the reading technique, through a heuristic analysis of documentary and bibliographic sources, contributions emerged that philosophy has provided to current managerial praxis, this allowed consolidating the author's position.
