Abstract

The present work arises from the research carried out by Lic. Parra, presented to qualify for the title of Bachelor of Education at the Metropolitan University, the research had the advice and support of Dr. Roversi Mónaco. The research is based on the need to develop an induction process for the staff of the company Pastas Parmigiana Industrial, therefore, the researcher focuses her efforts on generating the necessary arguments for the general management of the company, which allow the subsequent development and implementation of an induction program. The present work had a non-experimental design, of a descriptive level, a survey was applied to the personnel of the plant located in Mariche, Miranda State, which showed in general terms that 52.6% of the participants despite acknowledging having received induction, They lack the knowledge inherent to the Company. In addition, the instrument used contributed to the existing records in Human Capital and informal interviews were carried out, which means that a majority of the Company's personnel lack identification with it, an important factor for an adequate climate. organizational and possible elements generating the high turnover of existing personnel. In this sense, it covers training as facilitators for the staff of the Human Resources Department and the use of existing resources such as the company's website. Additionally, it reflects the importance of a reinduction program for all active personnel that favors integration. of this and identification with the Company.
