The current educational management refers to the questioning of the principles and priorities of the educational field framed by the new events that have emerged, since said management is based on surveillance and control as a form of power and domination over educational subjects. In this sense, it reflects on the importance of listening to teachers about the ways in which they conceive educational management, in order to rethink the roles of the different educational actors so that they respond to the needs of the institution by listening to those voices. , with nuances of all the subjects, that can contribute transforming elements, through a concert of reflections and opinions where a coherent and consensual praxis is promoted, so that it rises as a plexus of ideas and feelings. Faced with this challenge, it is proposed to discuss the theories that lead towards a polyphonic and transformative educational management. By making use of Zemelman, , Bakhtin, Freire, Habermas and others, who will contribute ideas in this regard. To achieve an exegesis of the outlined situation and expand new paths, the technique of discourse analysis will be used. The method is approached to project advances and weaknesses within the scientific community, which implies a transcomplex domain of discursive strategies from an argumentative position. It is concluded by personal reflection on the managerial dialogical relationship, which must respond to a philosophical anthropology conceived from the ethical values and political options of civil society in its daily work.
