Abstract

The essay contains a theoretical approach regarding the ontology of leadership and the linkage of public policies in the post-pandemic era, in particular, understanding this as one of the genuine phenomena of political and social behavior. Organizations have shown agility, resilience and capacity for innovation. The crisis has reminded them of the essential convening power that is incumbent on them and what the community contributes. For that end; A documentary method is developed, which allows searching, reading selection, registration, organization, description, analysis and interpretation of data extracted from reference sources, to obtain new knowledge. The general objective is to analyze public policy linked to socio-economic reactivation, from a managerial framework that facilitates relationships between individuals in a disadvantaged context. The events have impacted all social, community, social and subjective spheres. This situation has had devastating effects on which it is still too early to assess its long-term effects, although it is possible to refer to a "before" and an "after", in a world with an impact. It is concluded through a reflection on the present argument, that for the understanding of leadership linking public policies in the post-pandemic era, the leader of the current moment is, must and must be adaptive. Citizens expect determined, resilient, human and transparent managers who act with vision and who are accountable, able to adapt to the vicissitudes and ups and downs of difficult times, adopting the required public policies.
