Volatility of changes in global markets cause corporations and industries involved in the securities, financial and capital segments as part of recursive practice to incorporate mechanisms to verify and verify risks in the face of a buy-sell investment. This article interprets risk valuation in market investment transactions and transactions from the transcomplejity of due diligence. The work is within the transepistmic interpretive paradigm, supported by
