Incidence of Venezuelan cultural policy on the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations.

Education and culture have been a historical pairing, through which attempts have been made to generate changes in society. The profound transformations that the world has undergone in recent years, together with the advances in science and technology, have modified man's place in the world and the nature of his social relations, so the preservation of his features, and the commitment to a development that respects the knowledge, techniques, and art of living of diverse cultures, is the urgent task. With a constructivist orientation, and the use of the ethnographic method, this research examined the lines of action of the policy Venezuelan culture, within the framework of the United Nations 2030 agenda. The work made it possible to show that in recent years, cultural policy in Venezuela has been the subject of intense debate and analysis. In general terms, it has made progress in the promotion and dissemination of culture, with the creation of legal norms, cultural institutions and the implementation of training and training programs in various artistic and cultural areas. However, there has also been criticism regarding the management of resources and the lack of transparency in the allocation of funds for cultural projects, as well as the lack of diversity and plurality in the cultural offer. Lacking data that makes visible national policies and measures aimed at supporting the creation, production and distribution of cultural activities, goods and services.
