Abstract

Humanism is an act of formation and reunion of man with his essence faced with the new challenges faced by university education, teachers at this level, as major change actors, require an ontological process not only to discipline but also to be pedagogical, as part of their professional development. The pedagogical training of the university teacher should correspond to the need to promote new technological trends, so it is important to understand them from a notion of change. In the present article a global and integrating conception is developed with which it seeks to translate from a theoretical reflection the onto-human of the university teacher to promote the new technological tendencies, for which it is resorted to the theory of the activity which allows to make use of theoretical referents, own and of authors, Appropriate to the topic that each interpretation poses is supported by thematic axes linked together, ince they offer possibilities to respond satisfactorily to this requirement.
