The Human talent in Health of an Institution is an important resource that allows it to be competitive. For In order for human potential to develop their skills, knowledge and work skills, it is necessary that employees as collaborators are happy with their jobs and with the healthy organizational environment within the corporation to which they are affiliated. To achieve this, it is necessary to have fundamental factors of collective of that human talent for an efficient and effective work environment. Today the collective welfare plays an important role in our environment. They satisfy physiological and self-actualization needs of society, they also set the guidelines for technological and economic development of countries.
