Abstract

This epistemic approach places the ontological readiness of the organizational leadership analysis category from its multifaceted meanings and attributes that legitimize it culturally in its labor, economic, political, educational and social actions. The theoretical place accounts for the referential-temporal university, in which case it is internalized and disagrees about the categorical detachments that sustain it, that is, the emotional connection, the influence, in short, as well as the onto-epistemic foundations of a ethics of the principles of the value of justice, good, liberty and the autonomy of liberty. Certainly, discursive traditions consider leadership as a result of the social process that forms the subject in the school of life, even so, the theoretical place, in addition to communicating content systematization, values that without theory the leader could not reconsider their capacities, competences, purposes and challenges, in the conviction that directing and guiding is a task of planning, managing and motivating talent within the organization.
