This article stems from a research study aimed at developing a theoretical approach to shape an axiological and prospective management model for productive companies in the Venezuelan context, grounded in the meanings and lived experiences of the social actors within that sector. Epistemologically, the research is situated within the interpretive paradigm and employs a qualitative approach based on the phenomenological-hermeneutic method. The social actors representing the voices in this study included managers, executives, and leaders from the business sector. In-depth interviews were used for data collection. The interpretation process was designed following the phases of categorization, structuring, contrasting, and theorizing proposed by Martínez (2004). Reflections following the findings revealed the need to transition from traditional, autocratic management toward a humanized managerial praxis, one in which productive axiology, human-centric prospective thinking, and horizontal management based on shared values serve as the pillars for sustainability and social productive security in high uncertainty sceneries.
