This research corresponds to the area of ??Constitutional Law specifically in its Title III, Article 59 corresponding to Freedom of Worship, framed in Our National Constitution in Force. This refers to the right that every person enjoys the Freedom of Religion where the Venezuelan State guarantees said exercise. The purpose of this research is to highlight how the Catholic religion has been a form of slavery by the Spanish empire since the conquest. The general objective is to analyze through history how the Civil Right to Freedom of Religious Education and Freedom of Worship was violated. The research is documentary, bibliographic design, descriptive level. Bibliographic sources were consulted that served as antecedents related to previous studies with this investigation. As theoretical bases in relation to the following: The relations between the State and the Church in Venezuela and the Influence of the Catholic Church in Latin America according to the concordant norms. The Objectives proposed in this Research were analyzed.
