Abstract

The research corresponds to the management area where the issue of the mobile ecosystem and its complexity play an important role within public organizations. Today there are new mobile forms, generated by those internet giants, which are creating new intermediations that generate important opportunities and challenges, as well as threats in public organizations that do not consider the issue of the mobile ecosystem. This study will highlight concepts, applications and development of innovation and its influence in the public sector, the complexity in development for innovation solutions that may arise within organizations. Research is documentary, bibliographic design, descriptive level. Bibliographical sources were consulted that served as a background to research and are related to studies prior to this research.
