Abstract

This article aims to present our Open Studies Program developed from the National Experimental University "Simón Rodríguez" in Venezuela, as an andragogical model with its own postulates in its realization, which begins to show excellent results on the ways of thinking of men and women of Latin America, on its cognitive evolution when building a curriculum in full freedom for ideas and especially on the human growth of those who, despite having a voice, did not dare to speak.
