Abstract

This argumentative essay focuses on the management of human talent at the National Experimental University "Simón Rodríguez", in that sense, it was developed in a cognitive process aimed at interpreting and understanding the reality that social authors pose about the subject under study. the development of a search framed in the hermeneutic-dialectical method. The guiding purpose of this essay-type article is to present the theoretical contributions of human talent management. With a qualitative approach which was developed in its fullness, by obtaining direct information from the postulates that various authors have addressed on the subject, starting with the different conceptions that you have about management until consolidating the management of human talent. In conclusion, it could be highlighted that the university has to go beyond theoretical-technical specialization to include relational dimensions, because it must care about its workers, their well-being, their comfort, and the benefits derived from them, respecting the ecological and carried out with ethics and values. For this, they must have a university that stimulates its staff, that manages human talent, for which it requires motivated people who have been strategically directed.
