Abstract

The purpose of this article is to develop an investigation on teleworking, in order to carry out an analysis of the global challenges and challenges, and, Venezuela, as a result of the arrival of the Pandemic produced by Covid-19. With the presence of this virus in the world, different measures have been taken to maintain the productivity of private companies as well as public sector institutions, teleworking was one of them, in the case of Venezuela, several measures were designed that the government They sought to minimize the risks and maximize the protection of the Venezuelan population, alternating with a work modality little used in the workplace. In it, the general and specific objectives are indicated, as well as the theoretical foundation, where the concepts of teleworking, types, advantages and disadvantages are defined, as well as the historical evolution and importance of Covid-19, for this type of research. Likewise, the legal bases in Venezuela applicable to this type of work are indicated. Subsequently, the applied methodological approach is pointed out, which is qualitative, with emphasis on a type of documentary research, using the content analysis technique. Finally, the corresponding conclusions are pointed out
